This means our security controls safeguard the environments and deployments we make on your cloud accounts and the AI-powered investigations done across all those environments are secured as per the latest industry standards on data security.
Not just security, we will be covering all 3 major criteria:

Availability (so that our systems are resilient & reliable at all times)
Data confidentiality
Our seasoned engineering team at LocalOps has more than 10 years of experience in achieving and maintaining SOC2 Type 2 compliance for production systems on AWS. And so, when we designed and built LocalOps company & platform, we made all our security controls SOC2 aligned - across product, infrastructure and organization.
For example,
Org: Everyone in the org is required to setup 2FA for their logins and is enforced by our internal SSO system.
Product: All login sessions expire in 24 hours. Audit log for users to see who did what.
Code/SDLC: All code is reviewed and tested before release.
Infrastructure: Cloud Infrastructure hosted on AWS, has isolated test and production environments and only authorized personnel get access to production data. Data and backups are encrypted at rest.

All our controls are already SOC2 aligned. This certification we’re pursuing now, just puts things in writing.
